Shipping policy

Shipping takes from 3 to 5 working days 

•Delivery is handled by Egypt Post, and packages cannot be opened upon receipt.

•If the product is refused upon delivery, only the shipping cost must be paid.

•For returns and exchange, it must be reported on the same day; otherwise, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
